Mission Possible opens new Culture Centre in Bogota

As  you are aware, the last 12 months have been the most difficult time in the life of Mission Possible due to the difficulties in building the new Culture Centre in Juan Rey, Bogota.

We are delighted to tell you that during our recent visit to Bogota at the end of January, we had the pleasure of finally opening this building for God’s honour and glory.

The building, which you will see in the following photographs, has been paid for in full and we take this opportunity to thank you most sincerely for your prayerful and financial help during this difficult period.

There are eight rooms in the Culture Centre, one of which is a shower room which will be greatly appreciated by the many little children who do not have this facility.  The centre will  be used to teach about God’s love and also to feed up to 200 hungry children daily.

We were honoured to represent you at the official opening

We are delighted to report that our other two projects, Hope House 1 for boys and Hope House 2 for girls, are making excellent progress under the management of Luz Ma.

Here is an example of how children respond to love and care in these homes:

Now that the building work has been completed, we focus our attention on feeding 200 hungry children every day in the new Culture Centre. This will be a great blessing to the poverty stricken children in the Juan Rey district and we pray that we will have your continued support as we endeavour to help the last, the lost and the least in this area.

Again, we thank you for your on-going support.

Isaiah 58 v 7:  “… Is it not to share your food with the hungry and to provide the poor wanderer with shelter – when you see the naked to clothe him, and not to turn away from your own flesh and blood?”
